Subject: Housemate/ Flat Share Urgent

This flat share came up and I thought if you needed a cheep flat in town, A friend of mine is tied into a lease with penalties unless he can find someone to take over his share. His share is only £75 per week, which is quite reasonable for a house located within 15 minutes drive of the City. It is a double room with bed and built-in wardrobes. The house has a large garden including an in-ground pool and BBQ area. The house is shared with 4 other house-mates.

He has advised me that it's a great place to live, but in fairness to any potential lessee he also told me that in the mornings the kitchen can be a little cramped and hectic with the other housemates all rushing around at the same time.

To give you some idea of the set-up of the place please refer to the attached photo.
