During the time I worked in France, I lived in Paris for fifteen odd years. Hence, the many ‘wine ‘n dine‘ places in and around ‘the city of light’. I lived in the east, the south west and, above all, on the left bank in Saint Germain des Prés. Rue du Dragon is in the heart of the left bank. Victor Hugo lived here in 1821 at n°30.
