The time I worked in the Asia Pacific region, I lived on Hong Kong island. Our offices were hosted in Hopewell Centre, one of the iconic office towers in Hong Kong’s Wan Chai area.
The Pacific View Hong Kong is a luxury development that was completed in 1990 by Sun Hung Kai. It comprises 5 towers with a total of 374 apartments ranging in size from 1077-3145 sf saleable and 2-4 bedrooms. Towers 1 & 5 are 36 storeys, Towers 2&4 are 38 storeys and Tower 3 is of 39 storeys. All the apartments have large floor to ceiling windows and lovely sea views. There is a clubhouse with excellent facitilies and a good shuttle bus service to Stanley, Central and the MTR in Chai Wan. The sports and the recreational facilities include a common indoor and outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts and other recreational means that allow the residents of this high rise to enjoy themselves.
